More than $24,000 raised at Mental Health in Motion
More than $24,000 raised at Mental Health in Motion

Great weather, more participants, many volunteers, new partners, a silent auction and great prizes all made the 2019 Mental Health in Motion a huge success. Held on September 23rd at Harbourside Park in downtown Midland, the event raised more than $24,000.

With the vision and leadership of our Mental Health in Motion chair Amber McAuley, who sits on the hospital’s Development Committee, and support from the many community and staff volunteers, additions to the event included wellness activities along the walk and an amazing silent auction with 37 items and packages. With nearly 140 participants and more than 50 volunteers, partners and members of the public out to show their support for Waypoint and mental health. We are #StrongerTogether!
