Elke HamElke Ham, P.G.Dip., Research Psychometrist

Elke Ham is a Research Psychometrist at Waypoint and the Project Coordinator of ODARA 101. She is one of the lead coders of Waypoint’s 10-Year Study of Forensic Patient Outcomes and co-author on many risk communication and program projects. Elke is a Certified ODARA Trainer and is certified in the Psychopathy Checklist-Revised (PCL-R). She has assisted in translating the ODARA and Violence Risk Appraisal Guide (VRAG) instruments into German, and is responsible for developing e-learning programs in the risk assessment and factors stream, one of the four thematic areas of the Waypoint Research Institute. She is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) and past Board Chair for the Community Legal Clinic of Simcoe, Haliburton, and Kawartha Lakes.

Patient experience and employee engagement, therapeutic climate, trauma in the work place, clinical outcome indicators, domestic violence, violence risk assessment and communication, recovery indicators, program evaluation, forensic patient outcome, PRN use
