Patients & Families
At Waypoint, a patient’s journey to recovery begins upon arrival. Our staff work with patients to ensure their care needs are met and they reach their optimal level of well-being. Our patient-centred approach combines medical, rehabilitation and psychological practices tailored to individual needs.
We work in collaboration with patients, families or caregivers, other healthcare providers and the community to deliver safe and therapeutic care that is focused on the patient. It is important that patients are active partners in their recovery to ensure they receive the best possible care.
We specialize in mental health and addiction services from adolescents to seniors in a safe, respectful and community-based environment. We are dedicated to providing patients with the tools necessary to achieve recovery, discover their potential and hope for a brighter tomorrow.
