Community Health Hub
The Community Health Hub
We are excited to announce the Community Health Hub is now open! Most programs and services provided by both Waypoint and CHIGAMIK continue to be offered virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic,
in-person appointments are still being scheduled as needed.
Carol Lambie and David Jeffery offering thanks
to everyone involved in making the Community
Health Hub a reality
The Community
Health Hub is a collaborative project to co-locate primary care
and mental health care under one roof. The Hub houses Centre de santé communautaire CHIGAMIK Community Health Centre and Waypoint's outpatient and community programs in one central location in downtown Midland. All services and programs from each organization remain the same.
Other community organizations who will share the space include:
* North Simcoe Youth Wellness Hub
* Patient/Client and Family Council
* Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) clinic (faciliated by RVH)
* Mental Health Walk-In Clinic (facilitated by the Catholic Family Services of
Simcoe County)
* Midland Midwives By the Bay
* Biidaaban Doula Collective
* And more
