Throughout her tenure, she championed innovation and patient safety, most recently collaborating in a project to modernize medication management with a Swisslog BoxPicker and implementing automated dispensing units facility-wide to replace outdated medication carts. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing pharmacy automation and improving workflow efficiency. This is Lynne’s first year as co-chair for the volunteer gala committee and she looks forward to continuing to support Waypoint and its goals as she begins this new chapter
