My Health, My Way is an online patient portal that gives you easy and secure access to information about your mental healthcare at Waypoint. Through the patient portal you are able to view appointments, register for upcoming appointments, see your visit history, review your lab results and medications, review reports, and update personal information.

My Health, My Way contains important information that can help empower you as you work in collaboration with your clinical team to achieve your recovery goals. My Health, My Way enables you to review personal health information and prepare for your appointments. Because My Health, My Way is an online portal, this information is simple to access, and always available and up to date.
You can access My Health, My Way from any place where you have a computer/tablet or phone with internet access. If you do not have a device of your own, you can access My Health, My Way from a computer at places like the public library. When accessing the My Health, My Way portal from a public place, ensure you are protecting your privacy.
Self-enrollment for the patient portal is now active at Waypoint. To qualify for patient portal self-enrollment, the following information must already be on file at the time of registration:
- Patient full name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Health card number
Note: A valid email address must be on file to register. If you do not have an email address on file, please contact your health care team to update your file or contact Waypoint’s Health Information Management Department.
