Stress and anxiety are at an all-time high, but you don’t have to face them alone. Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care is launching a new virtual Stress & Coping Group through the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program. Starting October 15, this free online group will run weekly on Zoom and is open to anyone in Ontario aged 18 and older.
