He served for 25 years as Chief Executive Officer of a large community mental health agency, providing strategic leadership and advancing accessible and integrated client centred high-quality services. Additionally, he was a valuable member of the Consent and Capacity Board and Child and Family Services Review Board, contributing expertise in Patient Rights, legal accountability and appropriate health care for vulnerable adults and children.

His work reflects a strong commitment to compassionate care, accountability, and improving health outcomes at both the organizational and system levels.  He is a strong advocate for those that need a voice in today’s complex health care system.
