Throughout her career Stella has held senior roles in emergency, critical care, mental health, and community system planning, leading transformational initiatives in the areas of addiction services, developing virtual models of care, improving care for older adults and delivering a large-scale pandemic response plan across the North Simcoe Muskoka region.

Prior to joining Waypoint, Stella served as Director of Organizational Excellence and Performance at Southlake Regional Health Centre, where she led a new enterprise-wide portfolio focused on innovation, financial sustainability, and clinical performance improvements aligned with the Quintuple Aim.  A Certified Health Executive with a Masters of Health Administration from the University of Ottawa, she is an engaging leader who leads with purpose and cares deeply about staff well-being and inspiring others to thrive.
