Nicole Adams holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from Laurentian University and a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University. Her research explored the psychological and genetic factors influencing health behaviours, including the role of oxytocin in overeating and the impact of perfectionism on body image.

As a dedicated Research Operations Manager, Nicole specializes in research administration, optimizing departmental operations, and streamlining research processes. With expertise in research coordination, data analysis, and process improvement, she supports high-performing teams and facilitates efficient research operations.
Beyond her operational expertise, Nicole has a strong background in teaching and training. As a former teaching assistant at York University, she guided students in statistical analysis, research methodology, and critical thinking, cultivating a deep understanding of scientific inquiry.
Dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and workplace well-being, Nicole is committed to creating an organized, productive, and supportive research environment.
