Please join us for Doors Open Waypoint. This free community event invites visitors to explore some of Ontario’s most unique and historically significant sites — and we’re excited to welcome you through our doors.
Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care is proud to be participating in Doors Open for the first time since before the pandemic.
Guests will enjoy:
- A curated display of historical artifacts highlighting more than 125 years of mental health care in Penetanguishene
- Guided walking tours of the grounds and heritage buildings, including the iconic Administration Building and cupola
- Stories that connect Waypoint’s past to the innovative care, research, and services we provide today
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about our history, discover our role in the community, and see how Waypoint has grown into a leading mental health hospital serving the region and beyond.
The event is free and everyone is welcome.
