Elke Ham is the Research Psychometrist at Waypoint and Project Coordinator of ODARA 101. With 15 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, she has co-authored 35 peer-reviewed articles, numerous reports, and knowledge translation products. Her research interests and current projects focus on IPV, risk assessment and communication, clinical outcome indicators for psychiatric patients and violent offenders, and trauma and psychological health in the workplace. As a Certified ODARA Trainer, Elke is responsible for developing and managing ODARA 101, an e-learning program for domestic violence risk assessment that has trained and certified more than 10,000 professionals from around the world, including police, victim services, and health practitioners.  Elke is a current director and past board chair for the Community Legal Clinic of Simcoe, Haliburton, and Kawartha Lakes.
