Known for his results-driven approach, Shawn has successfully led organizations through complex transformations, including reorganizations, system reengineering, product revitalization, and business acquisitions. He has implemented five major business software systems and played key roles in enhancing reporting infrastructure and driving operational performance.

Shawn has his CPA, along with Masters of Management degree and ICD.D certification. He currently sits on the Ontario Pension Board and recently completed the Board Treasurer position at Georgian Bay Cancer Support Centre. Past Board experience also includes Protestant Separate School Board Trustee, Penetang Minor Hockey and numerous church board and committee positions.
